July 20th - August 2nd, 2024*

We are excited to offer this one-of-a-kind program designed to develop bold and empathetic leaders (15-18 years old) from across the nation. This program includes virtual weekly sessions (approximately 10 weeks) leading up to a trip to our Global Headquarters in New Hampshire. 100% of the program cost (including housing, travel, meals, activities, etc.) will be waived for all accepted applications. This is a program that is only open to 10 individuals annually from across the country. Accepted applicants will have demonstrated that they are willing to put in the effort to improve themselves so that they can improve their communities. Applicants from all 50 states, D.C., and U.S. territories are encouraged to apply.

This program will focus on leadership development including conflict transformation (personal and community), public speaking, communication, and identity. It is one of the most challenging youth leadership programs in the country and emphasizes resilience, empathy, and action. Participants will develop concrete skills and the confidence that will help them unify the nation and transform the world into a better place.

As a part of the application process, applicants will propose a Community Action Project idea. Through their advanced training before their Skill Building Phase, they will develop the skills to turn their project idea into a tangible and replicable project that addresses their unique community need. After their Skill Building Phase, participants finalize their project and implement it using the skills and resources they gained in the Community Building Phase.
